What's electric? My left butt cheek that's what! I must have something pushing on a nerve cuz it feels like my butt has been alive with low voltage since yesterday. It wasn't painful just uncomfortable. Today we have graduated to sending shocks (I call them zingers) down my left leg. I was hoping to avoid this. The pain is easing up in my back though. It gets tight if I stay in one place to long, but walking feels good! Until the zingers start that is. I gotta get rid of this. Only a few days till vacation!
I saw a commercial last night that made me laugh out loud. Not many things on t.v. do that's why I took note. It was a commercial for DQ. There is a couple sitting on a bench sharing a blizzard, the woman is pregnant. The man takes a spoonful of the tasty treat and slips into a daydream where the doctor says," Congratulations, it's a boy!" The guy is stoked (did I just say stoked?). Then he snaps out of his daydream because the woman is nudging him. She wants a bite of the blizzard now. She takes her spoonful and slips into her own daydream. In hers the man is in the stirrups, all sweaty and tired. The doctor is telling him to push and she is recording it all on video. She tells him,"You're doing good honey!" Then he turns and looks into her camcorder and says,"YOU DID THIS TO ME!" Ahhh that's good stuff!
I'm taking a step to reaching one of the goals I set for myself. I wanted to be better read. I decided I had to MAKE time to read that means removing my butt from the computer desk a little earlier than usual. It'll be worth it right? I picked up "Farewell to Arms" by Earnest Hemingway. It's different from what I usually like to read but I'm trying to expand my horizons a little so I will give it a whirl. At first he was annoying me with all the description. I like to get a picture but he was just over the top! It seems to be settling down a little as we are getting into the story. Now if I can just stay away from the computer.......

I'm reading a book right now called "The Jack Rabbit Principal". It is quite interesting.
Good luck with the book OGO. I love reading a good book, it's just making the time that gets in the way...when I do though I am so pleased with myself.

Hey, where are you going in NO? Our friends from there have been trying desperately to get us down there for Jazzfest the end of April weekend but we can't find any airfare for less that $500 a piece and that is just out of our budget range!!
