I bought a new curling iron on Saturday. This little warning was tucked inside the packaging. I was floored! You mean this curling iron can actually burn me?! Burn my children?! Oh my! I was surprised as you can see but then I found out ,after reading the rest of the papers included, that I shouldn't curl my hair while sleeping! I thought I was saving so much time in my day by sleep curling when actually I was putting myself at risk! You better believe I'll be changing my ways! The rest of the warnings were pretty standard but one that sort of left me scratching my head was this one: "Never drop or insert any object into any opening." HUH? WHAT?! Does that ONLY apply to the curling iron or other things? If so what does that mean?????

Have a fabulous Tuesday!

Gabby-Shotgun? Now that would be a warning sign wouldn't it! Ha ha!
Dirk the Feeble- Sadly no diagrams were included. It left it all up to our imagination.
The really scary thought is of the person who inserted said object into some opening, and probably sued, therefore requiring that to be on the curling iron's warning label.
Insane! So sad that they have to include that on every curling iron because the one person out of a million doesn't have any common sense!
LOL, that is hilarious.
it's all cuz some stupid woman put coffee between her legs and got burned when it spilled and sued Mcdonald's and got a boatload of money. Hello coffee=hot=burn if spilled between legs. ha Mcdonald's should have sued her for being stupid. hehehehehe
They have to put those warnings on things because there are some dummies out there that will sue the company when they do that "stupid" thing they are warning about.
I know, it's dumb.
