Morning fair blog buddies. No, I didn't forget the "Good" in that sentence. I miss my family already and it's only 8:16 a.m.! *sigh* Everyone went back to their normal routine today. The last week has been "Glorious" (I'm quoting my husband). I didn't want it to end. I think we made some memories though so that's a good thing. We had a Connect Four tournament, I totally rocked by the way, but CCB will say otherwise. We had a water fight, family pictures, carousel rides, a trip to the zoo, shopping at the mall, some projects around the house and we had lots and lots of *ehem*never mind. It may not sound exciting to you but it was pure bliss for me.
One thing that was not so pleasant was the death of our central air. It got warm enough for us to have to turn it on on Tuesday and we noticed that it didn't seem any cooler. We called the service man and they said they would come by on Wed. We cut our trip to Baton Rouge short so we could be back to meet the fella and guess what? He never showed. CCB called to make sure they didn't forget us and they said they got busy and they were still trying to make it out to us. That's ok. I understand, but by 6 o'clock we gave up. They should have at least called to let us know they weren't coming. Thursday we had already made arrangements to go to the zoo so we told them to come on Friday. Which he did. He said there was a leak with the refrigerant and he filled it back up. That cost us about $106.00. By 3 o'clock in the afternoon it was hot in here again. It got up to 85 degrees in here! They were supposed to be ordering the part for us on Saturday so hopefully they will be able to fix it today. ARG! It was killing me to see my little boy all sweaty! It was cooler outside than in my house. Keep your fingers crossed!
Family pictures were a joke. The girl taking our pictures was lame. She barely talked to us and was a terrible photographer. She set us in one pose and tweaked it only a little. It looks like it's an US and THEM sort of photo with my back to my husband and my daughter blocking his head. We picked the best of them but I'm still not happy. My daughters photos came out good but my son....Oh dear...He didn't want to have anything to do with the pictures. He wanted to play at the bead table out in the lobby. I'm very unhappy with the photos but I didn't speak up at the session. Do you think it is too late? We've already paid for them.
Anyway....Have a great day!
My post had been cut off in mid sentence earlier who knows why. Sorry to those of you who read it before I fixed it. Thanks for pointing it out Gabby.

*ahem*, *ahem*!!! Is that all it was to you, *ahem*! If you keep that up I'm taking my "toys" home!
Uuggh. I hate being hot. And those that know me hate being around me when I'm hot. It's not fun!
Sorry to hear about the family pictures. That is the worst. I hate photog's aren't fun and engaging! So lame. Maybe you should complain and get them retaken?
Here I am pimping my services. You're pretty close to me, and I do pretty good work (if I say so myself).
Cancel those photos and complain about the photographer, and then call me!
