I watched a couple of new movies over the past week. Well, I guess only one was really new. As I told you yesterday, my hubby and I got to take an evening to ourselves. We went to see the "Break Up". It must have been my hormones talking because I usually don't go for chick flicks. I wish I hadn't listened to them. It was very realistic as far as the arguments and issues went but I hated the ending! I won't spoil it for everyone but it isn't what I expected at all. HMMPH!
Monday night we bought "Kong" off of pay per view. That movie took forever to get moving! When the action got going it was good though. It had more than I expected, nasty bugs, close calls with dinosaurs and surprising hero's. Surprisingly enough I didn't cry when King Kong died this time! I won't lie I had to look away now and then but over all I thought it was a fun movie.

My hubby and I finally sat down and watched the three hour Kong the other day. And I was surprised that Kong didn't show up till the movie was half way over!
I really liked Kong, but I balled my eyes out when he died. I was very upset about it. I haven't seen the break up but I've been told how it ends, so I might see it, knowing that ahead of time might not make me so mad.

I loved Kong, I wonder though if it would be as good on the small screen.
Kong was disappointing.
Does J. Aniston get naked in the break up? I heard someone say that yesterday, but I don't believe it.
She get's a "Telly Sivalas" at the waxing place. You don't see it though all you get to see is her back and her tush.
When I saw Kong, I had never seen the previous one before. Of course, someone spoiled the ending. Shucks.
I haven't seen either one, but my daughter just brought home, the new Pink Panther and my husband and I will probably watch it tonight. She said it was really funny. I'm glad the two of you had a night alone.....
I'm still crying from seeing the original Kong on tv a month ago..
I kinda want to see Break Up because I think Vince Vaughn is hilarious.
I agree about Kong being a little slow to begin....but those bugs!!! oh my goodness! Mr. Slade and I both gave a loud "uhhhggg" when the worm swallowed the guys head...hehe
