I can't believe it's December 12th and it's 72 degrees and raining! That is just something this Colorado girl is not used to! It's odd to see Christmas lights and decorations drooping in the rain.
Have you seen the story about the Seattle Airport who removed the Christmas trees to avoid legal action from a Rabi who wanted a Menorah put up? What do you think about that? He later dropped the threat of legal action and the trees are back up. They are looking at correcting this issue next year.
I get so frustrated when I cook a meal I KNOW my children should enjoy. Nothing in it that they dislike and they still turn their nose up at it. My daughter used to eat just about anything I put in front of her and now she eats like a bird and does this gaggy thing when she doesn't like something. Today my son did the same thing! ARG! I should strike.
I've decided my husbands Christmas bonus really isn't a bonus. He's earned every penny of that money and probably more with all the extra hours he's put in and all the aggrivation he endures. Speaking of bonuses...Where is it? Everyone else at his job has recieved theirs except CCB. I guess the boss gets to wait huh?
Neighbor doesn't call me her friend to her other friends. She calls me her neighbor. That annoys me. I had another girl do that in CA. I met her when she did my hair. We hit it off and had dinner at each others houses. She invited us to a bbq and introduced me as her client. If I don't deserve the title of friend why bother?
Neighbor also walked to the parade with us the other day. Everything was peachy until someone she knew came to stand with us. Me and my children were pretty much invisible as she stood and chatted with them. Not even an introduction. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
I think I'm gonna bake some more cookies today. I've been putting some of them in the freezer to make a cookie tray later. I hope I have enough flour because I don't want to go out in the rain today. I prefer to sit under the patio in my swing and listen to the falling rain not run around in it.

I really don't like this neighbor person you speak of... she doesn't seem like the kind of person you should be friends with anyway (what with all the times she's stood you up), and now that she won't even introduce you? How shitty of her.

We had the rain for two days, now it is your turn. Today it got up to 70 degrees. It's like that down here in the South.
Hope you get the bonus in time to shop with, if not then you can pay off the credit cards when it comes in.
