Yup, 3 weeks at a time and sometimes longer. That's the life of an oil rig worker and after 5 years I'm pretty used to it. I don't know how I will be once the baby is born though. I imagine it will be a lot tougher.
I know what you mean girl! It killed me to be without mr. slade while I was in NC for just 5 days...I cried when he picked me up at the airport cuz I missed him so badly!

I do the same thing whenever Oil Man has to go away to work. It sucks because he is usually gone for 3 weeks at a time.
I'm sorry OGO. I'm the same way. I hate when TSO goes away. It's just sad. Cheer up, hopefully he'll be home before you know it!
