I stumbled across this picture this morning and the memory of it made me smile. The kids had been drawing with chalk all over the driveway. My son had been inadvertently walking through some of the pictures and left plenty of chalky footprints all over the patio. Someday he will have big ole adult feet, but I will always be able to remember them when they were small and sweet.

that photo reminded me of the footprints Dave left when he stumbled along the hallway, spurting baby powder all around while trying to get into a too-small wetsuit. what made it even more hilarious was that he had it stuck over his nose, and was making help-me noises like a whale in a cave
That is adorable. You should have him take a similar pic as a teen to see the comparison then frame them.
Do what we did and get some plaster of paris and cast the hands n feet,i have a lovely one up from my lad cast forever and on display.
Awww. That totally made me tear up!
Cxx
The footprint is so cute! I know how it is with children's growing feet! My oldest daughter recently went through a growth spurt and jumped three shoe sizes. I had to buy her new sneakers. Their feet won't be small forever, you're right, so we have to tickle their toes while they're still little.
Awwww...that picture is so sweet...gotta love little boy feet!
(I think I'd frame it).
that is the sweetest picture!
That photo is a work of art. You should frame it right now. It invokes so many feelings and speaks to everyone. I'm not kidding, it is an all time masterpiece!
That picture is so sweet. I have two little boys at home (ages 1 & 2) and I am already aware at how fast the time is flying by.
Like your blog. I can relate to a lot of it. . . just wish I could stay home too (crap!)
