She won't stop growing!

I went to my daughters fifth grade graduation yesterday. My little girl is a middle schooler now. It seems like it was just yesterday I was changing her diapers....wait that was her brother. Well, anyway the time sure flies.

My girl had the highest AR points of the whole fifth grade! They have to read books then take tests on those books. She finished with 114 5/8 points they were only required to get 19 but many continued on to try to get the most. It's funny, I try to be encouraging of all the kids but when I'd hear the teacher say,"SO and SO was right behind OGO's daughter with 84 points." I wanted to yell "Right behind? Are you crazy? My daughter smoked that 84 points!" That would have been bad form though. I tried to remain civilized but I can tell you I was screamin' it on the inside! I'm so proud of her.

That's awesome she did so well! I have no clue what "AR" is, though.

But, I have to say, I would've thought the SAME thing if someone said that 84 was "right behind" my kid who had over a hundred points! HAHA That's SO not right behind.
