I Slept poorly last night. I woke up a lot. It felt like I was awake all stinkin' night.
CCB took us all out to breakfast the other morning. Our waitress was crabby and very slow. She tossed our silverware on the table and left my husbands drink empty for most of the time we were there. I would have sympathized if she'd apologized and been polite. Instead she shot us attitude through the whole meal until of course she brought the check then she was sweet as pie. UGH.
I've reached the 15 pound mark with my weight loss! I'm feeling great. I'm noticing more and more changes in my body these days. It's fabulous. CCB is losing weight too, it's probably all those walks I've been dragging him on!
It's normal for me to have weird dreams. However for the last two days I've had naughty dreams about my hubby. I don't dream about sex very often so it's a little surprising to me. Both dreams were pretty similar for the most part. This is a family blog so I won't say exactly what went down but CCB was VERY interested! *wink*
I love it in the mornings when I get back from getting my daughter on her bus. I open my bedroom door and I smell my husbands cologne. I don't notice it when I leave there in the morning but it's a nice welcome back!
I've been kicking around the idea of signing up for a 5k race. My husband says that if I wait till spring he'll run with me. We are heading into his busiest season and training for it would be tough. My thought is that if I sign up I'll have that obligation hanging over me encouraging me to get out and get ready for it. Not sure what will happen yet. I blame this whole idea on Tim the marathon man!
I just realized I've mentioned my husband in nearly every topic today. I think those dreams are affecting me more than I thought!

I'm sure the reason you are having those dreams is because , when you lose weight, you start to feel sexier...
You're so cute. Congratulations on feeling so good about yourself! When you exercise, the blood is moving and it definitely does leave you feeling a little naughtier. I hope you're taking advantage!
awww I love this post of randomness...
About the race, do it. 5K is a great start and just think, if you can't run the whole thing you can walk with no pressure. It's only like 3.5 miles but it is a great thing to do!!!
Oh and CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss. That is just awesome.
Yay go you! I'm jealous (of your friskiness, not CCB cos I don't steal other women's hubbies!!)
I love doing 5K'ers, the all women ones are great fun. I'm walking/jogging/hobbling (probably a mix of all 3) this one on Sunday. Hope you get into it and don't forget your stretches!!!!
Okay, you are my newest inspiration. I have actually lost a couple of pounds and am really concentratng on healthy eating and exercise. I'll stay challenged on your good reports!
awesome job on the weight loss! There's no better motivator for me than paying the money to sign up for a race. I don't want to lose that $60, so I had to get in shape for the half marathon this weekend.
good on you!
I hate nights like that, when you keep waking up. Sometimes it's easier if you don't actually sleep.
Gratz on the weight loss - 15 pounds is fantastic!
Sorry for the late reply! Congrats on the continuing weight loss...I'm proud of ya OGO!
Kudos to CCB for encouraging the race and even volunteering to run with you. I think it's great if you guys can get out and spend that extra time together!
Oh, one more thing...do your dreams have any music? Like the "Boom chica boom" variety? :P
Picture this............
Me just smiling.............
Congrats on the weight loss!
I love reading about people who actually LIKE, if not LOVE each other. That's so fun... yeah, I do the same thing with the cologne, except Hubs doesn't wear it often so when he does it has "extra impact", if you get my drift. (Family blog, family blog, family blog) ;)
