HA!

My husband is a picky eater. The only cooked veggie he will eat is a potato. No beans, no mayo, no sour cream. He'll eat oranges but that's it for the fruit group. He will eat some raw veggies like carrots, lettuce, and cucumbers. That's about it. He's a meat and potato man for sure.

Imagine my surprise when he purchased a cookbook I had put on my Christmas list called "the Sneaky Chef" The whole idea of the book is making nutrient rich purees to hide in other foods. Ha! He's helping me to sneak good stuff into his diet. That means I have his blessing right?

He says he wishes he'd have thought that purchase through a little more....

I've heard of this and doing it with kid's food. That way they don't know that they are eating really well!

I don't think potatoes are actually vegetables, so really he won't eat any vegetables cooked. :)
