I had a chill the other night, I couldn't seem to shake it. After bringing me my slippers and a sweatshirt my hubby disappeared. I heard him call to me as he ran out the back door, "I'll be right back!" Then I heard the car leave the driveway. Puzzled, I went back to my dishes. He returned a few minutes later with double chocolate hot chocolate mix and a can of whipped cream. He said he remembered me complaining that I had no chocolate in the house and figured it would do a nice job of chasing out my chill. He doctored it all up with a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top and served it to me. It was such a simple act but it meant the world to me. Sometimes the little things are the things that make you feel truly loved.

It has been kind of cold and rainy lately..I've been drinking a lot of herbal tea with lemon in it. Now you will have to do something nice for CCB...Sometimes, I think the little things mean the most.
Give me a simple cup of hot chocolate over huge expensive presents any time. CCB is a wise husband to know what really counts with a woman. Way to go fellow!
