Well things have certainly settled down at my house. I have been off the radar for like a week now, have you noticed? :) My family has left now and things seem quite. A little TOO quiet. We had a great visit and we did lots of touristy stuff. We visited the USS Kidd in Baton Rouge, we went to the aquarium and the French Quarter in NOLA, my sis and I spent an afternoon at the antique village and the guys went marsh fishing. I'd say a good time was had by all. Now we will enjoy a couple of days together before CCB has to return to work.

Sorry Lorna, NOLA is New Orleans Louisiana.
I guess I should have guessed, but I thought you lived in Alabama, and I didn't make the connection---now that I see the Bourbon Street sign, I think even an old-school Canadian like me should have been able to figure it out.
Glad to see you back. Your were missed.
One of my husband's Navy reunions was in NOLA and we toured USS Kidd. They really treat old sailors well.
