It finally happened..... After 16 years of vigilance..... The mystique is gone.... Last night..... My husband..... Well..... He heard me fluff! I know! I know! I worked so hard at keeping the fact that I too get gas "quiet". Here is how it all "came out". I had a spot in my back that had been bothering me all day. I tried having my daughter walking on it but it just wouldn't pop, so when CCB got home I told him about it. He assumed his back cracking stance and wrapped his arms around me. I took a deep breath and tried to relax. He tightened his grip and lifted me from the floor. Apparently he tightened his grip too much because he squeezed the fluff right out of me! I was mortified! He started giggling and couldn't hold me off the ground anymore. I just buried my head in his chest and giggled along with him. Nearly 16 years we've been together and my streak is broken. *sigh* I suppose now I should just let them rip shouldn't I? :)
Illness update: I'm feeling better but I'm still not 100% . I have no idea what this crud was but it started out terrible. Nausea, vomiting, headache, body aches and fever. Then it was just achy, fatigue and fever. THEN it turned into fatigue and chest congestion and the occasional bouts of queasiness. What in the world? It hurts when I cough (infrequently) and when I swallow. The rest of the time it just feels heavy. It's weird. I guess it suits me! HA!

I am afraid you have passed the point of no return.
Whoo Hoo!!!!! You have joined the Fluffers for Life Club! Now, this is what you do now.....wait until the middle of the night, when you're in bed together. Let one fly and cover his head with the blanket....I know it's gross....but it's a lot of fun too!:)
Feel better sooner!:)
I still can't get over going 16 years without "fluffing" in front of your significant other. What's true love if it doesn't involve a little gas? ;-)
I'm glad you're feeling better... but it sounds completely miserable.
I'm killing myself laughing here!
Hope you're feeling better soon.
Oh, if only I knew what you were talking about.
Yours sincerely,
Emily Post
You'll be having competitions for the loudest and smelliest next! Go fluff!!
