Summin' it up

My son got a scratch under his eye playing at church yesterday. You wanna know why it happened? Because he has pictures on Thursday. *sigh*

I tried my hand at making Mandarin beef for dinner last night. (It was going to be teriyaki until I realized I had like a teaspoon of teriyaki in the fridge.) It was VERY tasty. Everyone in my family ate it and that makes it golden in my book. Finding something they will ALL eat isn't an easy task. It will be in my rotation now!

My feet and ankles were chewed up again by bugs last night. I had jeans on but I was bare footed while we sat on the front porch. It got dark while we were chatting with the neighbor and I never sawthe critters. I came in and found that my feet were covered with red dots. Some were mosquito bites but who knows what the others were gnats? fleas? My neighbors dog was sitting beside me the whole time... Who knows. CCB says I'm just so darn sweet everything wants a taste. I don't know if that is true or not but it really BITES. HA!

I really think law makers should only put ONE item on each bill. Don't you think it would be so much easier to track a politicians record if you had cut and dried bills? No more of this crazy crap. Bill # 843493838749 We want all cars to use renewable energy. In addition we want to change the white house to pink. Build a bridge to link L.A. to New York and allocate millions of dollars to measure the amount of gas a cow passes every year. It's a mess.
