Push up challenge day TWO

Last night my push up numbers were 10-12-8-8 and as many as I could do with a minimum of 12. I did them all and my max was 21!!! That's 59 total! I'm so proud of myself. I'll be all buff and talking like Arnold in no time!

My little man is doing better. His tummy has been fine since the crime scene incident thank heavens.

My daughter had a baby tooth pulled the other day in an effort to redirect another tooth. She did good really she did. She is just a little more dramatic than me so it was hard not to giggle when she asked,"Do you think I should take a shower or should I wait till tomorrow like I have to with brushing?" Umm yes dear, I think the shower will be just fine... *grin*

Anyone make apple chips? I love them but I don't like all the oil and crap you find on the ones at the store. I tried making some yesterday and while they tasted fantastic they weren't as crispy as I wanted. I'm trying a low and slow bake today to see if it works better but I'd love any tips you may have.

I finished knitting my first hat yesterday. Knitting on circular needles takes some getting used to. I think I like using the 4 needles better. These little hats are great at using up my left over yarn scraps but I can only use so many! I need some other projects I guess.

Well I'm off to check those apples they make my house smell wonderful!

Are those little hats for keeping preemies warm? I can't remember the name of the program, but there is one that asks for hats for newborns.

I can't keep up with all this wonderful self-improvement, it makes me tired just thinking about what you've been doing!!

Congratulations on making your first hat! I love circulars and use them wherever I can for larger things like sweaters or for when I'm travelling (they squash down easily) but I would stick with 4 needles for something like a hat where you're decreasing.

Hope your daughter's poorly tooth is better. My stepdaughter will find excuses for not showering when she's with us and Madam just howls whenever she goes near a bath. Conclusion - girls are soap-dodgers :-)
