We got a call today. He said there is "stuff" going on and that they probably won't get back to CCB about the job till Monday. He assured CCB that it had nothing to do with him. He just wanted to let us know what was going on.
Is that good? I don't even know anymore.

sounds like a good sign to me. Why call him and tell him something like that otherwise?
I'd be optimistically cautious about it, as you know I've been given the runaround lately with the hospital and I've been given that line before, like last week. Just try to think about something nice over the weekend (much easier said than done I know) xxx
I worked in an HR shop for years. Stuff does go on. Stuff that gets in the way of real HR stuff. Nevertheless, it sucks.
