Dear neighbor ladies,
I know you are trying to be discreet, but I see you. I see you look at me when you don't think I'm looking. I see the way you lean closer to talk to each other while keeping your eyes on me. I think it's funny that when you are by yourselves you smile and return my greeting. Whatever. You aren't fooling anyone.

Leave room for these women to possibly become your friends. You might be surprised. We know they could not help but love you once they get to know you.
Eww, that's annoying. I hope they're just being cautious and will soon introduce themselves but they're not making a very good first impression if you ask me...
