Happy Monday everyone. I hope you all had nice weekends.
I read Post Secret this morning and I am happy to report that I am not the only person freaked out by the "Burger King"!
To the woman at the play place on Saturday: When your child was gently reprimanded by another woman you said,"If I'd have seen him I'd have made him stop." The problem is that you were only 5 feet from him but you couldn't pull your face away from your notebook long enough to SEE your son's actions. It's sad when the kid spends more time with me and my husband because he doesn't get any attention from YOU!
To the Burger King we had dinner at Saturday night: We chose your establishment so my son could go down your big twisty slide. Imagine how disappointed he was to find that you had closed the play place for a birthday party. Do you realize how hard it was to make my son understand that just because you and the kids at the party were running in and out of those doors he could not do the same? RRRR.
I called a Tree Service on Friday to have them come and give me an estimate on what it will cost to remove a tree for me. He said he was really busy at the moment but if he could make it there before dark he'd give me a call. Otherwise he would come by on Saturday. He said he'd call before he stopped by. I'm still waiting.........

Ahhh, I love Post Secret!!! It's one of my fav Monday stops!
Jason absolutely adores the burger king.
Last year my grandfather called 3 tree guys to remove a stump in his back yard. None of them got back to him - he finally took a hatchet and went at the thing himself. He's 76 years old!
Apparently tree guys don't like to show up or don't need the business.
well, it looks like you won't be using THAT tree service! I love Post Secrets too. Sometimes I try to hold off until about Wednesday to read it so I can savor it a little longer, is that weird? Oh and the Burger King dude is so totally creepy, I wish he'd go away!
that tree guy? I think he's going down the twisty slide at Burger King with a bunch of neglected kids. If you're lucky, your tree will develop a disgusting disease and the city will come and kill it for you....
Like the blog. Very funny. I have a son that tried to get inot the play place at Burger King on Saturday to........
Wait a minute? Is this your blog, honey? God, it's been so long I forgot!
GGGRRRRRR to all! And I liked the "candy" finder boy, too! He was cute!
We went to a pizza place this weekend, where people let their children run buck wild. At our grocery store the kids are so bad that one of them knocked me to the ground.
