I'm back and I'm bladder than ever!

It's 8:42am and I need a nap. I tried to go back to bed after I got my daughter off to school but it was too late. My mind was already awake and racing. For the past few weeks I've been tired. So tired that even just sitting on the sofa with one of my kids results in me nodding off. Last night was no different. By the time I got to go to bed though, I was wide awake! I laid there with my mind racing. Eventually I slipped into slumber.

I had to bake cookies for the mob bosses. Who was allergic to nuts again? Which one loved coconut? Who adored chocolate chips and walnuts? If I get the wrong ones to the wrong guy I'm a dead woman! I furiously mix and shape and bake these cookies. Carefully keeping the nuts separate from the other ingredients. Thoroughly washing everything between batches. It's time to plate them up!

I wake up it's 3:15am. I have to pee. After doing my business I crawl back into bed and drift off.

"Look at the beautiful white tiger out there in the ditch next to the corn field honey!" I hold my son up so he can get a better look. The animal stands up and slinks off out of sight. I wander off to find my mother. Her house is like a maze these days with all the renovations going on. Places where there used to be doors are now in the early stages of framing. I find my mom in her bedroom and speak briefly with her. I tell her about the fantastic lion in her back yard. She doesn't believe me so I go to get my son so he can confirm my report. I walk around the corner to see my son walking towards me. Behind him is the white tiger! I don't know how he got in the house but he is definitely too close for comfort! I snatch up my son and start running for my moms room. We have to dodge lumber and debris but we make it to her room. I hear heavy footfalls behind me! It's getting closer! There is no door on the hinges! I scream at mom to follow me to the bathroom. We all huddle there waiting for the tiger to leave.

Gotta pee again. What is it with me these days? My bladder must be the size of a jelly bean. I crawl back into bed. It's 5:30 in the morning. I can get 40 more minutes if I fall asleep right now!

That's pretty much how my night went.

I'm with you on the peeing thing. I've always had what I refer to as a "tiny tank," averaging two pees a night, and now that I'm pregnant that number is somewhere around the 4-5 mark. Ridiculous. I have to go to bed really early to allot of all the time I'm going to be up peeing!

*to allot for

Ah yes, I remember having to pee several times a night when I was prego. Now that the baby is born, I'm still up...but now feeding him several times a night! :-)

If it's one of those cool, big jelly beans you might be alright...if it's a jelly belly...now...well...that could spell trouble. ;)

I think your mind made you pee so you wouldn't be awake when the tigers came to get you! You wouldn't want to have to see that happen now would you?

umm, sorry to say this but are you pregnant?

You obviously did the cookies correctly for the mob as you're not sleeping with the fishes!

I love having vivid dreams that you remember like those, I can definitely pass on the peeing 4 times a night though. Hope you get a better night tonight!

Bekah-Are we normal? I used to be able to sleep through the night but ever since I've had kids I'm up once or twice a night!

Trinity- You have an excuse to be up at all hours. I'm up because I'm a nochturnal pee freak.

Steven- Jelly bellies my dear. Jellly bellies.

Rainypete- I hadn't thought of that! You are SO right!

Funky Bee- Shut your filthy mouth! I've been this way since I was pregnant with my daughter. I thought it would go away but it didn't.

Ann-HA! You're right! I musta got the order right! I tend to remember my dreams better when I have to get up to pee!

I had that the other day. I was drinking too much before I went to bed. The human bladder can really only hold a cup of urine.

I had friends who were allergic to peanuts so I just ground them up really small so they didn't have to look at them in the cookies I made.
I haven't heard from them since. I guess they moved or something..

Some fascinating dreams you had there Oh Great One....its almost as though you climbed into my mind. Tho when I wake up due to a full bladder..I usually dream of flowing water like lakes and rivers and stuff. You should invest in a Dream dictionary. The first dream shows you multitasking, forcin yourself to ensure everything is perfect to avoid pain. Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? The second dream..well, I'd have to dig out the dream book for that one..but in a nutshell..the way the house looks is usually indicative of your state of mind. Not saying you're looney or anything, but noting the fact that the house is undergoing renovation might suggest that your outlook on certain things in life are going through some changes. I find the more vivid the dreams are..the more meaningful they are. Hope all is well with you.

Sounds like you have too much to do. Don't drink so much before going to bed. If I wake up after five o'clock in the morning to pee, then I can't go back to bed.

MyUtopia-A cup? I learned something new today!

Happyandblue2-That was thoughtful of you! I can't believe they don't come around anymore.

Cacaboy-I always save cookies for you.

Stranger-YES I have been under some stress lately! Yes! I do try to make everything perfect for my family! THANK YOU!

Lucy-I cut off any drinks at 6 o'clock! If I am thirsty I take just a sip of my husbands drink.
