I haven't been posting much. Not a lot going on I guess. I HAVE been a little tiny bit addicted to Facebook I have to admit, though it doesn't take up so much time I couldn't drop a post here and there.
I found something fantastic! It's called Better n Peanut butter. It tastes amazing AND it has 85% less fat and 40% less calories. (Our regular peanut butter is 190 calories but this Better n peanut butter is only 100!) NO saturated fats, NO trans fats, gluten free, and dairy free. I am excited about it! I haven't tried using it in baking yet. That's next!
Did you know they have powdered peanut butter? Yep they do! I would love to try that to but so far I guess I'd have to buy it online. I see so many possibilities to experiment with this product!
Also tried the new Truvia sugar substitute stuff. I like it better than splenda. It is a little more true to sugar in my opinion. Not that my opinion matters. =)
What else is new around here....OH! My brother is getting married. We went shopping to find something for me to wear. None of my old dresses fit the new me these days. I found 2 amazing dresses. Have you ever put some piece of clothing on and it just made you FEEL amazing? Yeah. I have now.
Haven't heard about the people who are trying so desperately to get financing to buy our house. They are the very first people who looked at it and were turned down for the loan. It seems they didn't give up and have been trying to work different methods to get it. They brought their mom to see it last week in hopes she'd approve and help them out. Still no word. I am really pulling for them because they fell in love with the place just like I did. I'm not counting them out because they seem to be tenacious but sometimes (I've found) that if it doesn't work out, you just shouldn't force it. We'll see what happens.
Boy I'm all over the place here, food, clothes, and house selling. Just like old times. Random crap comin' at ya!

oohh, would love to see the new outfit on you. Sounds spectacular and I'm sure you look amazing in it!!
I have used that better than peanut butter for a while now and I really like the way it tastes. It took me a looong time to find a substitute that I liked. I went through some real stinkers but that one is really good. And don't laugh about this, BUT I actually make our dog this doggie ice cream treat that calls for peanut butter but I use that better than peanut butter instead b/c it's healthier. And, because she is my first baby I have to take care of her too :O)
Anyway, hope you sell the house soon!
nice post---I must be into random crap
Oooh, I just love finding clothes like that, when you fall instantly in love with them (and maybe yourself).
Oh gosh too many fabulous dresses, not enough fabulous occasions, what a dilemma! I had a similar dilemma last year, I packed both dresses and put it to the family vote as to which looked better on me...and the dress they chose turned out to be permanently gaping across my not-inconsiderable bustline! I ended up permanently holding the crossover, crossed (if you see what I mean). Moral of the story - don't trust families (or crossover dresses if you're a size 32E!)
We need to see a photo of the dress!!!
Try stevia...it's a natural sweetener (none of that chemical crap)...really, I think you'll like it.
