Well my honey had a good visit with the VP dude. It was uncharacteristically pleasant. He smiled and even made an attempt at a joke. I think my non stop praying had a little something to do with it. *WINK*

I'm just waiting for Christmas now. The shopping is done. I have some cookies to bake for CCB to take to work but that's about it. I was going to do that this afternoon but.....

My doctors office called this morning and my thyroid levels are still too high so I have to go to the doctor today. I'm not sure whether CCB will be able to go with me or not. I like having him with me because he always remembers information I forget and remembers to ask questions I don't ask. Two heads are better than one right? I had kind of put all this thyroid crap out of my head since I was feeling so much better. I'm not losing all my hair anymore, the dizziness is easing up and the other symptoms have faded as well. She didn't have me scheduled to have another ultra sound until Feb. (I think) so I don't know what good this doctor visit will do. If she's tweaking my meds she could just tell me and call it in. *sigh* I can't tell you how frustrating it is to lose all that weight in an effort to make myself healthy only to have my freakin' thyroid throw a monkey wrench in things. ARG.

Well I'm off to take care of my laundry. Don't you just envy my glamorous life? *grin*

Good luck at the doc's OGO. I'll be thinking about you.

Your life is glamorous and you continue to disprove your "boring" statement. There is never a dull moment in your life it seems.

It is good that you lost all that weight....Don't be second guessing that one.....It could be worse, you could be 50 lbs. heavier and have thyroid problems. Hopefully your doctor will "tweak" your meds and you will do better.

I hope things go well with your doctor visit. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that CCB will make a good impression on his boss and things will get better. It could be worse, He could be without a job in a poor economy....You are lucky that CCB has a good job and he is able to support his family. I know you miss him, but hopefully things will get better.

Have a great Christmas.
